Starz released a couple of on-set photos this week of David Berry (Lord John) and Charles Vandervaart (William). They are both of the actors wrapping on Outlander, which seems to imply that both of these characters will not return for the final episode. David Berry is wearing the same costume as in the photos of the cast celebrating the 100th episode, episode 809, “Pharos.”
Interestingly, the clapboards say the episode is 808, not 809. Charles wrapped a few days before David did.
With only two episodes left, it will be interesting to see which characters make the cut for the final Outlander episode.
