Outlander, Blood of My Blood, and Starz do not have any official presence at the 2026 version of San Diego Comic-Con. If you are still looking for some Outlander-related content to fill that Outlander void in your Comic-Con heart, there are a couple of panels that you can attend.
Outlander composer Bear McCreary will be at a panel on Thursday entitled “Bear McCreary: Musical Worldbuilding.” The panel is in Room 6BCF at 11:45 AM. The panel description is:
“Bear McCreary, composer behind God of War, The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Battlestar Galactica, The Walking Dead, and Outlander, as well as the new rock album The Singularity: Ekleipsis, explores how creativity and collaboration intersect to create fictional worlds. In a rapidly evolving technological era, the spark of invention born of artistic collaboration has never been more essential. Panelists include legendary heavy metal drummer Gene Hoglan (Godzilla: King of the Monsters, Deathstalker), game director Ariel Lawrence (God of War: Laufey), director/producer Jeff Wadlow (Kick-Ass 2, Bates Motel), and singer/author/actor Raya Yarbrough (Outlander, Metalocalypse).”
The Outlander fan panel is back yet again, discussing all things Outlander, but especially the final season. This panel, Outlandish Confabulations, is on Thursday at 3 PM at the Neil Morgan Auditorium outside of the San Diego Central Library. The description of the panel is:
“Be prepared for a no-holds-barred discussion of favorite characters, storylines, and theories from Outlander—main books, bulges, and the television series are all fair game. Ginger Wiseman (The Outlander Podcast), Sarah Ksiazek (Outlander TV News), Heather Insley (Outlander SoCal Edition), and Katherine Stinson (Outlander TV News) share their takes.”
