Sam Heughan took to Twitter yesterday to share with fans a small update on Outlander season five. He has read several scripts for the season’s episodes. It is interesting that he may have access to early versions of scripts now that he is a producer, whereas he might not have seen such versions as an actor. Will he be able to give his input in the early stages of a script? Not being fully aware of what goes on behind the scenes in a television show, I can only guess.
From what has been seen on social media, I don’t think they have started shooting the season yet, at least not anything with Sam since he was in Las Vegas early this week.
