In this clip from Outlander episode 407, “Down the Rabbit Hole,” Brianna (Sophie Skelton) makes her way somewhere after traveling through the stones. She falls, injuring her ankle, but that gives viewers a chance to see some items she brought with her from her own time. From what I can see, it is a watch, jewels/money (possibly the pearls?), a map, and a knife.
