Sorry, still not Brianna or Roger. But it is Brianna’s great grandfather. Starz just announced via Facebook that Clive Russell will portray Jamie’s grandfather Lord Lovat, aka the “The Old Fox.”
Remember that time in The Wedding (episode seven) when Jamie tells Claire his family history? Jamie briefly mentions him there.
Seriously, DON’T READ THIS NEXT BIT.
Described by Starz as Jamie’s “manipulative grandfather,” it will be fun to see which heated exchanges between our JAMMF and The Old Fox are selected for adaptation.
The plot thickens!
