‘Outlander’ Episode 209 Preview, “Je Suis Prest”

This is the preview for Episode 209 of Outlander, “Je Suis Prest.”

We get back to the grit and grime for this episode as the armies prepare to fight the English.  You have to train your neighbors to fight, don’t you?  Dougal (Graham McTavish) is back to help with the training and probably sticking his nose in places it doesn’t belong.  The synopsis below also informs us that we will meet a new character, William Grey (Oscar Kennedy).

The synopsis: “Claire and Jamie reunite with the Lallybroch and MacKenzie men as they train for war.  Jamie’s power struggles with Dougal and Claire’s personal battle with her memories of WWII weigh upon them, but new, helpful information comes to light when a young Englishman named William Grey pays a surprise visit to their camp.”

Screen caps of the preview are below the video. We will upload other (country) versions when they are available.

This episode premieres in U.S. Saturday, June 4, 2016 on Starz. It is available in the U.K. and Canada on Sunday.

Shame on you STARZ, it’s JOHN Grey. William comes later.
However, I am inclined to cut STARZ some slack in light of today’s announcement of Seasons 3 and 4.

Nope, they are correct. Look up his full name.

I did, thanks. OutlanderWiki gives his full name as “Lord John William Bertram Armstrong Grey”. They also state that “In Dragonfly in Amber, sixteen year old Lord John gives his name as ‘William Grey’ when captured by Jamie during a botched rescue attempt.” This would certainly explain why STARZ refers to “William Grey”.

        My bad.
