The preview reveals a significant amount of conflict — between the Frasers and their neighbors, between Jamie (Sam Heughan) and Claire (Caitriona Balfe), between Jamie and Lord John (David Berry), and possibly also between William (Charles Vandervaart) and Lord John. It looks like Claire continues to flex her doctor muscles in this episode as well.
