About a month ago, the final full trailer for season eight of Outlander released after a one-week countdown. The trailer is the longest and most in-depth look at what to expect for the last season. The trailer heavily features Jamie (Sam Heughan) and Claire (Caitriona Balfe), which hopefully means that the last ten episodes of the series will indeed focus on the main couple. Of course, there is still a war looming in the background, and Frank Randall’s fingers, via his book, are being woven into the story. Brianna (Sophie Skelton) and Roger (Richard Rankin) made it back to Jamie and Claire after fixing Mandy up in their modern time. Ian (John Bell) and Rachel (Izzy Meikle-Small) progress in their marriage, welcoming a new addition. Lord John Grey (David Berry) and William (Charles Vandervaart) are still a part of the story. We are also lucky to have Marsali (Lauren Lyle) and Fergus (César Domboy) back for the final season, along with their kids.
