At the end of the Outlander panel at San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC), Starz shared the first trailer for the final and eighth season. It is a trailer that reviews all the previous seasons and concludes with brief scenes from the new season. The season will premiere in early 2026.
In the trailer, we see Jamie (Sam Heughan) and Claire (Caitriona Balfe) overlooking what I assume is the land for their new home. Will we see the final version of their forever home this season? We also see that Brianna (Sophie Skelton) and Roger (Richard Rankin) are back with Claire and Jamie in their time. Brianna has brought Frank’s book with her, and it apparently tells the story of Jamie’s death. Lord John (David Berry), William (Charles Vandervaart), and Ian (John Bell) also make brief appearances in the teaser.
