Outlander heads back to PaleyFest on March 19, 2020, in Los Angeles. Outlander has previously held panels at PaleyFest in Los Angeles and in NYC. Right now, there are no other details available other than the date of the panel. We do not know who will be in attendance or if there will be a screening of a season five episode.
If you really want to go, I would suggest a Paley Center membership as members are able to get tickets before the general public.
