With the return to Scotland on Outlander this week, we also see the return of Bear McCreary’s original Outlander “Skye Boat Song.”  Gone are the French words sung by Raya Yarbrough and also gone are any of the Paris scenes in the opening titles/credits.  However, we do get some new scenes from this half of Outlander season two mixed in with some original ones from season one.  No video is available now of the new opening titles, but here are the screen caps of the new scenes.

What can we surmise from these new scenes?  Claire (or is that Brianna?) will return to Lallybroch in a car, Roger and Brianna are seen in the distance, and there will be flashbacks for Claire to her own experience with war in her original time.  Oh, and potatoes!!!
