**Thank you to everyone who applied.  We have found our new writers!**

We are currently looking for a fourth writer to join the Outlander TV News team.  Outlander TV News started almost two years ago to focus on everything about the development of Starz’s Outlander TV series.

Now with the show broadcasting all over the world and production already started on season two, we would love for a writer to join us in reporting about Outlander to all the fans who follow this site.

  • Know how to use WordPress
  • A fan of Outlander
  • Willing to write posts on a regular basis, whether being sent articles to write up or starting posts on your own when news breaks.  This can vary from one post a week to several depending on the time of year and when Outlander is currently airing new episodes.
  • Know how to write professionally, citing sources appropriately, writes well grammatically, and is willing to recap/review new Outlander episodes.
  • We would prefer someone who lives in the U.S. due to Starz being the first with episodes, previews, clips, etc., but we are open to writers in different countries.  All posts must be written in English, though.

It is okay if you have a full-time job.  All of the writers on this site have a job as well.  We are not interested in being the *first* with news, but rather reporting in a timely matter and being the best source for reputable news on the television series and books.

Perks?  There is always the possibility to interview cast and crew members and attend events as press.  At this point, we have the luxury of paying writers but that is not something that can be promised for the rest of this site’s existence.

Still interested? Email OutlanderTVNews [at] gmail [dot] com with your inquiries, past experience in writing online (if applicable), and a writing sample.

Thank you!
